Chapter 329
Who would have thought that Bianca not only showed no remorse but also blamed everything on Isabella?
"Who do you think you are, accusing me of taking those things?"
"Isabella, don't forget, your mom's gone. My mom's the lady of the house now. Naturally, those things belong to us. Even Dad can't stand you. You're just an unwanted orphan. There's no place for you in the Taylor family."
Bianca's tone and smug expression were eerily similar to Harper's.
The selfish nature of the mother and daughter was strikingly alike.
"Because of you, I've been labeled the child of a mistress, pointed at wherever I go. If it weren't for you and your wretched mother Grace, I wouldn't be looked down upon."
Seeing the madness in Bianca's eyes, Isabella felt a surge of anger but kept her face calm, as if nothing had happened.
"Bianca, what you're saying is exactly what I want to tell you. If Harper hadn't interfered in my parents' marriage, our family would be living happily now. All the evil stems from Harper's greed."
"You think being labeled the child of a mistress is unfair, but what about me? I lost my mother when I was young, and now I've lost my father too. Am I not innocent?"
Memories flashed through Isabella's mind like fragments.
She hadn't forgotten what Indigo said to her before he died. He asked her to spare Bianca for the sake of her still having the Wilson family.
But he didn't realize that while she promised to spare Bianca, Bianca had no intention of sparing her.
Now, she was the one kidnapped and being in danger.
"Isabella, how do you have the nerve to mention Dad?"
Bianca's eyes reddened with anger as she glared at Isabella. "You killed them. You sent them to court and forced them to their deaths. You orchestrated all of this, and now you're pretending to be the good guy?"
"If you hadn't used the Wilson Group's power to investigate, my parents wouldn't have died. You took away my family and my home."
"I swore that one day I would avenge my parents!"
"Only someone as heartless as you could sleep soundly every night. Every night since their deaths, I've dreamed of them, their faces covered in blood, begging me to avenge them. Do you know how I've endured these days?"
She wanted to kill Isabella with her own hands.
Only then would her parents rest in peace.
Indigo and Harper's deaths were deserved, but Bianca blamed it all on her. Isabella's worldview was shattered.
According to Bianca, Grace's wrongful death years ago didn't matter?
Harper's life was valuable, but wasn't Grace's?
Isabella finally saw clearly that Bianca's madness wasn't caused by external factors; it was her own twisted worldview.
This was the real Bianca.
Selfish, arrogant, and vicious to the core.
These were traits she had learned from Harper over the years.
So, there was no need to hold back. "Indigo and Harper conspired to kill my mom. Their deaths were deserved. I did nothing wrong! And Bianca, do you really want to avenge them?"
Isabella's lips curled into a mocking smile. She hadn't forgotten Indigo's dying wish to see Bianca.
"If you truly loved your parents, would you have refused to see them one last time?"
Despite them both being his biological daughters, Indigo only cared about Bianca until his death.
Even though she was right there, he showed no concern for her.
Maybe it was fate.
She had the love of Daniel and her uncles but would never experience the affection of her biological parents.
What Bianca discarded so easily was something she could only dream of.
"That was my decision, not yours."
Bianca narrowed her eyes, her tone icy. "They were already sentenced to death because of you. What could I do by going there? Watch them die?"
It wasn't that she didn't want to go; she just couldn't bear to see such cruelty.
And because of that, she hated Isabella even more.
Isabella had destroyed the Taylor family and her life.
She wanted Isabella to suffer all the pain she had endured before she died. Only then could she release the hatred in her heart.
Hearing this, Isabella finally understood one thing.
Bianca's thinking was too twisted. Talking to her was pointless.
She wouldn't listen and would only escalate the conflict.
Atticus and the others should be arriving soon. Isabella had to use her last resort.
"Bianca, the grudges of our parents' generation are over. There's no point in discussing right and wrong anymore. They're gone, and it doesn't matter."
"I know what you want from me. It's Michael, right? I'll give him to you!"
Isabella's tone was unusually calm. "As you can see, there's no love left between us, just the title of husband and wife. The only reason we haven't divorced is because of my grandfather. Even the child is because of him."
She had never told anyone this, but now she was willing to tell Bianca the truth.
Only by clarifying her relationship with Michael could she and her child have a chance.
But Isabella didn't expect that her heartfelt words would be taken as a blatant insult by Bianca.
Michael had no feelings for Isabella but was willing to be with her and give her a child.
Yet, despite Bianca's countless hints, Michael wouldn't touch her.
Seeing Isabella's face and her pregnant belly, Bianca wanted to stab her to death.
But she couldn't end it so quickly.
That would be too easy for Isabella.
Isabella was already tied up. Bianca could do whatever she wanted, however she wanted to torture her.
Suddenly, Bianca's gaze fell on Isabella's beautiful face, her red nails digging into her chin.
"Isabella, you're right. I do still like Michael."
She could say she loved only him.
If she could spend the rest of her life with Michael, she would give anything.
Even if Michael didn't love her, it wouldn't change her determination to have him.
She had loved Michael for so many years. How could she give up without having sex with him once?
She coldly stared at Isabella, having already found her weakness in her words.
"My dear Isabella, you say you and Michael have no feelings, yet you're pregnant with his child. Is that what you call not loving him?"
