Chapter 250
Michael and Violet's affair had already spread everywhere, and she didn't want to have any more entanglements with him.
It would be best if they never saw each other again in this lifetime.
So she wouldn't get annoyed just by looking at him.
Michael's voice was urgent, accompanied by the sound of a car starting, "Isabella, are you inside Glamour Oasis?"
Isabella was stunned for a moment, then reacted and lowered her voice to ask back, "Michael, are you spying on me?"
Thinking about the last time Michael disguised himself and followed her to the dessert shop, Isabella felt a wave of disgust.
Now he had sent someone to follow her again.
All for one reason, to stop her from meeting Nolan again.
"To prevent me from meeting Nolan, you really would do anything, Michael. You already have Violet by your side, do you have the right to control what I do?"
Thinking about how everything she did was being monitored by Michael, Isabella wished she could pull Michael out of the phone and have a fight with him.
"Isabella, I'm not calling to argue with you. Listen to me from now on."
"I know you're also investigating this Glamour Oasis, but the background here is deeper than you think. You're pregnant and can't take risks. I'll handle everything. You need to leave now."
"Do you understand?"
It was only at this moment that Michael realized that if the Adri Family was targeting him, rushing over there now would be no different from walking into a trap.
The only thing he could do now was to persuade Isabella to leave before she was noticed by anyone.
However, he forgot one thing, Isabella would never trust him again.
She sneered on the phone, "Michael, how can you have the nerve to say that? When Harper disappeared, you also said you had everything under control. And then? Did you find her?"
Isabella's question left Michael speechless.
Isabella didn't want to waste any more words with him. Michael was the kind of person who would say that everything was fine with him around, but in the end, he accomplished nothing.
So, relying on others was not as good as relying on herself.
"What I do has nothing to do with you. Also, you already have Violet by your side, recognize your own identity, and stop using the title of my husband to control me. If you accidentally ruin your relationship with her, wouldn't I become the 'third party'?"
Isabella sarcastically mocked him and hung up the phone.
If Michael had got someone else to be with, she wouldn't be so angry.
Even she could see that Violet had traces of Bianca in her. Could Michael not see it?
But he still treated her like a treasure, not even pretending in front of Aiden, and claimed he had no lingering feelings for Bianca.
In the end, Bianca was his true love.
So why did he still bother her?
Bad man!
The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. After hanging up the phone, Isabella looked at the package list and directly threw out a card.
"Give me the most expensive package, and I want your best beautician."
The receptionist took it with a smile, and with a beep, Isabella successfully spent five hundred thousand dollars, becoming the biggest VIP customer of the month.
The receptionist didn't dare to neglect her and immediately called the director, Renee.
Big clients were usually personally attended to by Renee.
Just as Renee was about to lead Isabella to the VIP room, Aaron rushed in, sweating, and happened to see Renee and Isabella chatting and laughing.
His heart sank.
Damn, he was a little late!
At the first sight of Aaron, Isabella understood who had called him over.
She raised her chin and showed Aaron her new card, speaking slowly.
"Aaron, why are you in such a hurry? Do you want to come in for a beauty treatment too? Don't worry, Michael may not be willing to spend the money, but I am. Just mention my name when you come here in the future!"
She was going to piss Michael off!
He didn't want her to step in here, but she was going to stay here.
After she found Harper, she would win Michael in this matter.
Isabella turned and walked inside, with Renee glancing at Aaron, frowning deeply.
But she didn't show it and followed Isabella inside.
Isabella was pregnant and had many things to be careful about.
Not trusting anyone else, Renee personally took care of her beauty treatments.
Since she got pregnant, she rarely went out and used fewer cosmetics, so her skin wasn't affected.
In fact, due to the pregnancy, her skin became more hydrated and delicate, even Cinda praised her for becoming more beautiful after getting pregnant.
Renee did a skin test for Isabella and created a personalized skincare plan for her.
After applying the mask, she needed to let it sit for ten minutes.
Renee took this time to step out and was heading towards the restroom.
But she was stopped by Aaron midway.
Seeing he hadn't left, Renee was startled. She was still a bit uneasy about what happened in the lounge yesterday afternoon. Why was he here again so early in the morning?
Seeing no one around, Renee suppressed her anger and said, "Mr. Hill, I've already told you everything I know. What more do you want?"
She could let go of what happened, but if Aaron kept coming to the beauty salon and targeting her, it would not only affect the salon but also put her in danger if the people behind the scenes found out.
Seeing Renee glaring at him angrily but still pretending to be calm, Aaron felt an indescribable feeling.
He found her quite cute.
This strange feeling had been there since he first saw her yesterday.
To figure out what was going on, Aaron moved closer to her.
Influenced by Michael, Aaron often worked out and had a lean and strong physique.
But standing next to the tall and high-heeled Renee, he didn't have much of an advantage.
They were almost at eye level.
But Aaron didn't care about such trivial matters. He stared straight at Renee and, taking her by surprise, cornered her, blocking the view from outside.
Just as Renee was about to push him away, Aaron's deep and cold voice sounded in her ear.
"Listen, get Ms. Taylor out of there. Don't even think about doing anything to her. You can't afford to mess with her!"
Renee didn't understand what Aaron meant by that.
She just wanted to keep her distance from him and never see him again.
"Let go of me!"
"Did you remember what I said?"
Aaron had no intention of leaving. Instead, he lowered his gaze to meet hers, his eyes deep and threatening.
Renee instantly recalled the humiliation she suffered in the lounge last night, her face turning pale, and she forcefully pushed Aaron away.
She said angrily, "Do you really think you can order me around, Aaron? Yesterday, I was caught off guard and threatened by you, but that doesn't mean I'll always follow your orders."
"This is my place. Please leave now, or I'll call the police!"
