Chapter 327

Hospital

After being rushed to the ER, Aaron was diagnosed with a high fever-induced coma and was admitted to the hospital.

As he slowly regained consciousness after receiving an IV drip, he overheard a hushed conversation nearby before he even opened his eyes.

"If it weren't for saving him, Ms. Taylor wouldn't have been targeted. He risked his life for a relationship and dragged Ms. Taylor into it. Where can we even find justice for this?"

"Exactly. If he hadn't insisted on seeing his girlfriend, Ms. Taylor wouldn't have been kidnapped and gone missing. It's all his fault."

"If we don't find her tonight, none of us will be able to go back."

Aaron struggled to open his eyes, pressing a hand to his forehead.

What had he just heard?

Did they say Isabella was missing?

The thought jolted Aaron upright, his brows furrowed as he looked at the two bodyguards in the room.

"Did I hear you right? You're talking about Isabella Wilson?"

"But Mrs. Brown was fine at the Wilson Family. How could she suddenly disappear?"

Aaron's mind was still on the scene where Isabella had let him into the Wilson Family to reunite with Renee. She was clearly there, so how could this happen?

Did Michael know?

The bodyguards, seeing him awake, showed no kindness.

"You have the nerve to ask? If we hadn't brought you to the hospital, Ms. Taylor wouldn't have been kidnapped. This is all because of you."

"If anything happens to Ms. Taylor, the entire Wilson Family won't let you off."

"Enough, stop talking like that!" The other bodyguard nudged his partner with an elbow. "Ms. Taylor is a lucky person; nothing will happen to her. Stop saying such things."

With that, the bodyguard glanced at Aaron, who was now able to move on his own, and decided not to waste any more time.

"Since you're awake, our job here is done. We need to go back and find Ms. Taylor. We're not staying here with you."

The bodyguards left, and Aaron, his mind in chaos, immediately grabbed his phone to call Michael.

"Mr. Brown, it's bad. Mrs. Brown has been kidnapped. She's missing!"

"How could she just disappear? Aaron, you better know what you're talking about!"

Michael's voice on the other end of the line was explosive until Aaron confirmed again, "It's true, Mr. Brown. I heard it directly from Mrs. Brown's bodyguards."

Michael didn't hesitate any longer and quickly mobilized his people to search for Isabella.

No matter the cost, he had to find her safely.

Michael's first suspect was the missing Bianca.

Bianca had always seen Isabella as an enemy, but back then, she had Harper and Indigo to consider.

Since the Wilson Family had Harper and Indigo sentenced to death, Bianca's hatred for Isabella had only deepened.

But Michael was more concerned about whether Bianca was acting alone or if she had the support of the Adri Family.

Despite his suspicions, he had never found concrete evidence of Bianca's contact with the Adri Family.

These were all just his guesses.

But he needed to find Isabella quickly. He couldn't let her suffer any more harm.

Meanwhile, in a building adjacent to the Brown Group, a tall figure stood by a large floor-to-ceiling window.

Looking at the top floor of the Brown Group building, he shook his head.

"Isabella, even when things get this bad, you still won't ask for help?"

"Even though you keep pushing me away, there's no way I'd let you be in danger."

The man turned around, revealing a familiar handsome face.

If Aiden were here, he would recognize him immediately.

It was Felix, the grandson of Aiden's old friend, and also known as Shadow, a friend Isabella had met during a mission.

In the top-floor office across the way, Michael paced anxiously.

Suddenly, his phone buzzed with a message from an anonymous sender.

[Isabella is in a warehouse at 39 South Suburb.]

Seeing the message, Michael's eyes narrowed.

He didn't know who sent it, but he could tell it wasn't malicious.

He was familiar with the location.

It was where he had once had Bianca tied up to teach her a lesson before sending her to Auroria.

He had suspected Bianca was behind this.

Choosing this location was her way of telling him she wanted revenge not just on Isabella, but on him too.

Bianca's motive was clear: if she couldn't be happy, no one else could either.

But he couldn't underestimate human nature.

With Indigo and Harper's deaths and his abandonment, Bianca was on the brink of collapse. He couldn't predict what harm Isabella might suffer in her hands.

It had been two hours since Isabella went missing. He had to get there quickly.

Warehouse at 39 South Suburb.

This property belonged to the Brown Group but had been abandoned after a new factory was built.

Over time, it had fallen into disuse.

A red sports car sped to a stop outside the warehouse.

A guard quickly approached and opened the car door.

Bianca stepped out in a white coat and high heels, removing her sunglasses with a raised eyebrow.

"Where is she?"

The guard nodded. "She's inside, tied to a chair as you instructed."

"Good."

Bianca's eyes gleamed as she walked in, the familiar surroundings bringing back memories.

She clenched her fists, recalling the day Michael's men had brought her here. She had begged for mercy, but no one responded.

The person she had believed would save her had pushed her into another abyss.

During her time abroad, she had thought she would die every day until she met someone who pulled her out of the mire.

Michael, whom she loved most, had tied her up and sent her abroad. She had been ready to forgive him and start anew.

But he had fallen for that bitch Isabella.

She wanted revenge on Isabella and Michael.

Knowing Isabella was tied up inside filled her with a twisted satisfaction. 'Isabella, you're finally in my hands.'
